TeamSense programs focus on building Highly Effective Teams.  We work with intact teams; one or more leaders and their direct reports.

We begin with a focus on self-awareness because strengthening individuals makes for better teams.  It is also a great way for team members to get to know each other better.

  • Giving and Receiving Feedback without building conflict
  • Earning Trust and Building Respect
  • Mindsets and Miscommunication

Then we explore how the group works together:

  • what happens to relational skills when the pressure to perform automatically moves everyone into a task-focused mindset
  • how to balance personal and group goals
  • using feed forwards to improve results

We finish by identifying both personal and team stretch goals – with an option for follow on coaching (yours or ours)

The program is suited to those who know that theory isn’t enough, that having fun together isn’t enough, who want to ensure their Leaders know how to generate results and strengthen people at the same time.
